NFL Playoff odds and lines: Vikings vs. Packers

The Green Bay Packers are 7.5-point favorites at home over the Minnesota Vikings in this Saturday’s opening-round playoff game.

USA TODAY Sports

The Green Bay Packers will take on the Minnesota Vikings for the second week in a row when the two teams square off on Saturday night in the first NFC Wild Card game. The Packers lost to the Vikings, 37-34, up in Minnesota in Week 17, but Green Bay is the favorite this week at Lambeau Field. According to OddsShark, the Packers are 7.5-point favorites. The total is set at 46 points.

Prior to last weekend’s matchup, Green Bay had won five straight over Minnesota. The Packers won the first contest this season up at Lambeau, 23-14, on Dec. 2, just covering the seven-point spread.

Both teams have done well against the spread this season, although the Vikings have not been all that good on the road. Minnesota is 8-7-1 against the spread overall, but just 3-5 on the road. Green Bay is 9-7 against the spread overall and 5-3 at home.
