The Seattle Seahawks and Washington Redskins are both relatively healthy heading into Sunday's playoff game, but the Redskins were without starting offensive lineman Kory Lichtensteiger again on Thursday.

The Seahawks and Redskins are gearing up for their Wild Card matchup on Sunday, but Washington was without Kory Lichtensteiger for the second straight day.

Lichtensteiger missed his second straight day of practice on Thursday with an ankle injury he suffered against the Dallas Cowboys. He started all 16 games at left guard during the season. If he is unable to play on Sunday, it would be a major blow for a Washington offensive line which has remained healthy all season. The five starting lineman combined to miss just one start during the regular season.
In addition to Lichtensteiger, backup defensive back Domonique Johnson also missed practice on Thursday. Safety DeJon Gomes was limited for the the second straight day due to a knee injury while linebacker London Fletcher returned to practice after sitting out on Wednesday.
On Seattle's side, only cornerback Jeremy Lane missed Thursday's practice. Lane, who practiced fully on Wednesday, sat out on Thursday due to a knee injury. Running back Marshawn Lynch was a full participant on Thursday after being limited on Wednesday.
