Atlanta Falcons director of player personnel Dave Caldwell appears to be the frontrunner for the Jacksonville Jaguars' vacant general manager job, according to ESPN New York's Rich Cimini. Steve Keim, the Arizona Cardinals' vice president of player personnel, is a finalist as well, reports ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Dave Caldwell, Steve Keim finalists for Jaguars GM job, per report
The Jaguars’ GM search is down to two names, according to reports.

Caldwell is in his first year in his current position with the Falcons after serving as the team's director of college scouting for four seasons. Caldwell, who reportedly impressed Jacksonville owner Shahid Khan during his interview on Monday, has also spent time with the Carolina Panthers and Indianapolis Colts.
Keim, who has been on the Cardinals' player personnel staff for seven seasons, has also interviewed for the San Diego Chargers' GM job. Prior to his tenure in Arizona, Keim spent time playing football professionally, including a brief stint with the Miami Dolphins in 1996, and served as a coach on NC State's staff.
The Jaguars also requested a second interview with San Francisco 49ers director of player personnel Tom Gamble, but he declined in order to focus his attention on the New York Jets' GM opening, per Cimini.
