Scoring on the Redskins' first possession, Washington was effective both on the ground and through the air, moving the ball 80 yards on nine plays. Robert Griffin III threw for 43 yards, and fellow rookie Alfred Morris ran for 34 yards. The touchdown came on a four-yard pass from Griffin III to Evan Royster.
Still in the game's first ten minutes, it's already shaping up to be the most physical contest of the weekend. Emotions are high at Fed Ex Field, and two young teams trying to win in the playoffs for the first time will cause this to be the game to watch. Now it's Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson who gets a chance to respond, and leading all rookies in touchdowns, he's done this before.
