The Pittsburgh Steelers are using their bye week to make a change along the offensive line with Kelvin Beachum replacing Mike Adams at left tackle, according to Josina Anderson of ESPN.
Kelvin Beachum to replace Mike Adams as Steelers LT, per report
The Steelers are making a change along the offensive line, but will it help?

According to the report, Beachum worked as the first-string left tackle in Tuesday’s practice and is expected to remain the starter when Pittsburgh comes back from the bye week. Adams, a second-round pick in the 2012 draft, struggled mightily during the first four games.
Adams, who played right tackle as a rookie, shifted to left tackle this season. He has allowed four sacks and 12 quarterback hurries this season, according to Pro Football Focus. Pro Football Focus gave him a minus-9.5 grade through four games, the fourth-worst among offensive tackles.
Beachum will take over at left tackle, another test to his versatility. He played right tackle last season and has played multiple spots along the line this season. He started the season opener at center before seeing some time at guard and right tackle in recent weeks. He does, however, have experience at left tackle with three years of starting experience in college.
