Prior to the season, many would have believed that a Week 6 Thursday Night Football game between the Chicago Bears and New York Giants would be a close affair. Instead, the Bears are 7.5-point favorites over the winless Giants, despite back-to-back losses, according to OddsShark.
Giants vs. Bears 2013: Odds and lines for Thursday Night Football
The Giants will be underdogs as they look for their first win of the season against the Bears, who will look to avoid a three-game losing streak.

The game will feature two teams that rank in the bottom 10 in the NFL in total points allowed, which is likely the reason for a higher-than-average 47.5 over/under set for Thursday.
For the Giants, it'll be another chance at their first victory of the year, despite three games from Eli Manning with more than 300 yards passing. To blame is a defense that has allowed at least 300 yards in every game and more than 400 yards three times, coupled with an offense that has managed to turn the ball over 20 times in five games.
The Bears have had similar struggles keeping teams in check on defense, although only once did they allow more than 400 yards, even keeping the high-powered New Orleans Saints in check. Chicago has also had its share of turnover troubles, including four turnovers against each the Minnesota Vikings and Detroit Lions.
Thursday’s game is scheduled to kickoff at 8:25 p.m. ET at Soldier Field and will be televised on NFL Network.
