Mike Tomlin is hoping a ban on playing games in the Pittsburgh Steelers locker room will help the team focus on winning its first game of the season. The team locker room features pool and ping pong tables, but both will go unused until the Steelers start winning again. According to ESPN, the players support the ban:

After an 0-4 start, Mike Tomlin says the Steelers are done playing games. Like, literally.

"It makes everything focus on football right now," left guard Ramon Foster said, "which is A-OK with me."
Free safety Ryan Clark agreed.
"Nobody is really tripping about it," the 12th-year veteran said. "We understand the spirit in which it's done in and we're just playing football."
After the team's 0-2 start, players like safety Ryan Clark, quarterback Ben Roethlisberger and defensive end Brett Keisel prohibited younger players from playing games during working hours. Tomlin simply made the decision to increase the extent of the ban. According to Clark, Tomlin's decision should help unite the team.
“It divided the team in a way since one set of people couldn’t do a certain thing,” said Clark. “[Tomlin] just wanted everybody to be together because we’re all in the losses together. We’re all in the business of fixing this problem together and we didn’t want anything to divide us.”
The Steelers, off to an 0-4 start, are hoping to put a tick in win column Sunday against an upstart New York Jets squad. The team ought to be focused, assuming it used its Week 5 bye wisely. The Steelers' biggest struggles have been up front. The running game ranks 31st in the NFL at 58 yards per game, and the defense ranks 25th giving up 122.8 yards rushing per game.
