Rams vs. Texans 2013 results: Houston suffers another blowout loss
The Texans have lost four straight games and the team will probably have to do some soul-searching, if not looking for a new quarterback.
What is wrong with the Houston Texans? That's a question that a lot of people are going to continue asking this week and head coach Gary Kubiak is probably going to start looking over his shoulder quite a bit unless he can turn it around. The Texans dropped their fourth straight on Sunday, losing 38-13 to the Rams in Houston. Three of their last four losses have been by 21 points or more.
The final score was only insult to injury, as Texans quarterback Matt Schaub was sacked and taken off of the field with a knee injury. Fans cheered as backup T.J. Yates came into the game.
Yates subsequently threw an interception on his fifth attempt of the game, which was returned 98 yards for a touchdown by Alec Ogletree. He threw a second interception on the next drive.
The Rams improve to 3-3 with their second straight win.
Fantasy studs and duds
Rams quarterback Sam Bradford threw three touchdowns and no interceptions. Texans running back Arian Foster had 198 total yards, but Ben Tate vultured a touchdown.
Texans rookie DeAndre Hopkins had 47 yards and a fumble.
Injury report
Schaub appeared to be alright walking around on the sideline and his status will need to be monitored, though the team could make a change for other reasons.
