Kansas City Chiefs defensive tackle Dontari Poe left Sunday's game against the Oakland Raiders near the end of the second quarter. No other details are known at this point, but SB Nation's Joel Thorman says he had a noticeable limp and was being worked on at the trainer's table, with the doctors looking at his leg.
Dontari Poe injury: Chiefs DT limps off field
Dontari Poe limped off the field and was seen on the trainer’s table with a possible leg injury.

There is no report on whether or not Poe will return for the second half. The Chiefs entered halftime tied with the Raiders, 7-7.
Poe is one of the most important players on Kansas City’s defense, and losing him for any stretch of time would be a huge blow. The Chiefs have struggled to move the ball on offense, and are relying on their defense to keep them in this game. If Poe is unable to come back for the second half, the gameplan will change considerably.
We will update Poe’s injury status as soon as more information becomes available.
