Tennessee Titans running back Chris Johnson has left Sunday's game against the Seattle Seahawks with an apparent leg injury.

Johnson ran to the outside when he was stopped in the open field by Seattle cornerback Richard Sherman. He remained down on the field before limping to the sideline. There is no further update on his status at this time.

The Titans will turn to backup running back Darius Reynaud, who has no carries so far this season. Johnson's injury could not have come at a worse time considering the offense lost starting quarterback Jake Locker just two weeks ago with a hip injury and backup running back Shonn Greene is also inactive with an injury. The ailing Titans offense planned to lean heavily on Johnson while Locker recovered.

Tennessee is locked in a close game with Seattle, tied 10-10 in the fourth quarter. Johnson didn’t have much success running the ball against a talented Seahawks defensive front, totaling just 33 yards on 12 carries before the injury.
