One of the brightest young stars in the league travels to Southern California to face the Chargers on Monday Night Football. Here is how to watch and listen to the game.

The maturation of Andrew Luck in his second year with the Colts, and first professional year with offensive coordinator Pep Hamilton, has been something special to watch. He will try to lead Indianapolis to 5-1 start on Monday night against the Chargers, but will San Diego come back strong following a loss and defend its home turf?

Luck had a solid rookie season, but threw 18 interceptions and completed just 54.1 percent of his attempts. The team hired Hamilton, his former OC at Stanford, to replace Bruce Arians after Arians left for Arizona, and Luck has seen his completion percentage soar to 62.2, and he’s throwing interceptions less than half as often as he did last year. That has Indianapolis off to a division lead in the AFC South and looking like a real force to be reckoned with in the AFC.

The Chargers haven’t been as formidable.

First-year head coach Mike McCoy has San Diego scoring more points per game than it did a year ago, but the team is also allowing more points. Despite some good numbers from quarterback Philip Rivers, big mistakes against the Raiders in Oakland had the Chargers return home with a 2-3 record and looking for answers as to how to improve as the season goes on.

That continues on a national stage Monday night, when the Chargers welcome the Colts. Here is how to watch.
