It turns out Dallas Cowboys defensive end DeMarcus Ware may not be missing a game for the first time in his NFL career after all.
DeMarcus Ware injury: Cowboys DE says he’s game-time decision against Eagles
The star defender says he’ll travel to Philly this weekend and test out his injured quad.

After stating earlier this week that he was doubtful for this Sunday's game against the Eagles, the seven-time Pro Bowler back-tracked on Thursday, telling ESPN Dallas he plans on making the trip to Philadelphia and will be a game-time decision.
“It’s two times better than what it was,” Ware said, referring to the quad injury he suffered against the Redskins last week. “I do have some push. I actually have been running in the weight room. It’s feeling pretty good to me personally.”
Initial reports had Ware, who has not practiced this week, missing 3-4 weeks, a notion he adamently disputed.
“I’m not going to be out three or four weeks,” he said. “I don’t know where that came from. Somebody said it. I know my recovery is pretty fast, and I’m feeling pretty good today.”
Since entering the league in 2005 as the 11th overall pick, Ware has played in 134 consecutive games, 133 of them starts. Through six games, he has 19 tackles, an interception and is second on the team with four sacks.
