Lions vs. Packers 2013, NFL picks and predictions: Green Bay favored at home against Detroit
The Packers and Lions meet in Week 5 in a battle of the NFC North.

The spread for the game features Green Bay as a 7.5-point favorite at home. For CBS Sports’ group of analysts, that number is way too high and six of the eight panelists chose the Lions when considering the odds. However, when making straight up picks, the Packers get seven of the eight votes.
For the SB Nation panel of five, the Packers were a clean sweep. Clearly, our analysts felt the contest was clearly in favor of the home team, despite the team’s record.
The Packers will host the Lions at 1 p.m. Sunday. The game will be televised on FOX.
