Ravens vs. Steelers 2013 final score: Pittsburgh retains momentum for second win, 19-16

The bye week has helped the Steelers immensely as they’re now unbeaten since having the week off.

The Pittsburgh Steelers gained momentum following their first win of the season in Week 6, carrying it into Sunday's victory over the Baltimore Ravens, 19-16. Shaun Suisham hit the game-winning 42-yard field goal as time expired.

Ben Roethlisberger played sensible football, but the arrival of rookie Le'Veon Bell was a revelation to the Steelers' offense. Bell ran for 93 yards in the win, taking the pressure off Roethlisberger and the passing game -- something that hasn't happened in 2013.

Ray Rice wasn't able to run successfully against the stout Steelers defensive front, struggling to run for just 45 yards on 15 carries. The lack of success on the ground echoed the Ravens' struggles on offense, as Baltimore was able to score just one touchdown.

It's unlikely the Steelers can put together a run this season due to their rough start, but the team did put significant pressure on the Ravens to catch the Cincinnati Bengals. Baltimore now sits at 3-4 on the season, entering its bye week with a lot to think about before the second half of the season.

Fantasy studs and duds

Le’Veon Bell has become an interesting possibility after the rookie emerged today as a fantasy option.

Ray Rice struggled on the other hand, which has become all too familiar in 2013.

Did they cover?

The Pittsburgh Steelers were 2.5-point favorites, according to OddsShark. Their three-point win means they managed to cover.

What’s next?

The Baltimore Ravens are on a bye week.
