Browns vs. Packers 2013 final score: Green Bay dominates Cleveland, 31-13

Aaron Rodgers helped the Packers cruise to victory on Sunday.

The Green Bay Packers dominated the Cleveland Browns in Week 7, cruising to a 31-13 victory on Sunday.

Aaron Rodgers threw for 260 yards and three touchdowns in the win while avoiding turnovers. He spread the ball around well, finding Jordy Nelson, Jermichael Finley and Jarrett Boykin for touchdowns. Meanwhile, Eddie Lacy was tough on the ground, grinding out 82 yards on 22 carries.

Brandon Weeden struggled mightily for the Browns, completing 40-percent of his passes for a meager 3.5 yards per attempt. He threw a touchdown but balanced it out with an interception.

Fantasy Studs and Duds

Cowboys rookie wideout Jarrett Boykin had over 100 yards receiving on ten targets and scored a touchdown proving to be a potential fantasy football star in place of the injured Randall Cobb. Aaron Rodgers was his usual stud self with three touchdowns in the game.

Injury Report

Jermichael Finley suffered a scary injury. He was taken off the field on a stretcher with a neck brace after getting hit in the head. No status update has been given as of this writing.
