Jonathan Stewart returns to Panthers practice
The Panthers are getting running back Jonathan Stewart back on the practice field.

Stewart has not played in a game since Week 13 of the last season. He had surgery on both of his ankles this offseason due to lingering pain and was placed on PUP. He has missed 16 games over the last two seasons and 18 over this six-year career. DeAngelo Williams has shouldered the load with Stewart out of action and collected 434 rushing yards on 106 carries and added 113 yards as a receiver this season.
The Panthers will travel to Tampa Bay to take on the Buccaneers on Thursday Night Football on NFL Network at 8:25 p.m. ET.
