The return of David Baas to New York's starting lineup didn't last long after he limped off the field with a knee injury during the first series of the game.
David Baas injury: Giants center questionable to return after hurting knee
David Baas left Monday’s game during the first series and is now questionable to return.
Baas, who missed the last three games due to a neck injury, is questionable to return. He grabbed a knee before limping off the field. He then limped back to the locker room, according to Dan Graziano of ESPN. The Giants have struggled along the offensive line and Baas' return was supposed to help alleviate those issues. New York drove 17 plays on its first drive, before Baas limped off.
Jim Cordle took over for Baas, who returned to the Giants sideline. The 26-year-old Cordle started three games in Baas' place earlier this season.
