More on the matchup: The Jaguars boast one of the NFL's worst run defenses, and have a significant test this week against Frank Gore -- who currently ranks fourth in the league. Gore didn't have success against Jacksonville when the sides last met in 2009. He managed to run for just 33 yards on 16 attempts, but San Francisco now has a vastly improved offensive line, the threat of Colin Kaepernick as a rusher and most importantly Jim Harbaugh as head coach.
