Cornerback Nnamdi Asomugha has been listed as inactive for the San Francisco 49ers' game against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday, marking the fourth consecutive game he's been a healthy scratch and fueling speculation that his spot on the roster could be in jeopardy.
49ers vs. Jaguars inactives: Nnamdi Asomugha a healthy scratch yet again
For a fourth straight week the cornerback won’t see the field and could be on his last legs in San Francisco.

Asomugha, once considered one of the top cover corners in the league, has provided little value to the defense this season. San Francisco is expected to activate Eric Wright from the non-football injury list to the active 53-man roster next week, and Asoumugha could be let go to make room for him.
Also inactive for the Niners are wide receivers Jon Baldwin and Quinton Patton, quarterback McLeod Bethel-Thompson, linebacker Jermaine Cunningham, running back LaMichael James and guard Joe Looney.
The Jaguars will be without wide receivers Stephen Burton and Stephen Williams, cornerback Jamell Fleming, offensive tackle DeMarcus Love, guard Jacques McClendon and quarterback Ricky Stanzi.
Quarterback Blaine Gabbert and receiver Justin Blackmon are active and expected to start.
