Von Miller misses court date for traffic violations
Miller was previously arrested for not appearing in court and reportedly missed another court date on Monday.

Denver Broncos linebacker Von Miller was scheduled to appear in court for traffic violations on Monday morning and his subsequent absence didn't sit well with the presiding magistrate, according to Jordan Steffen of the Denver Post. Miller was arrested in August for failing to appear in court for traffic violations.
According to Mike Klis of the Denver Post, Miller was told by his attorney, Abraham Hutt, not to bother with appearing in court, although the linebacker brought a suit to the team facility just in case. He has since been called by his attorney and asked to make the trip to the Arapahoe County Court, which is a very short trip from the Broncos facility.
Miller missed the first six games of the season due to a suspension after reportedly attempting to cheat the NFL’s drug policy. In two games this season, Miller has recorded one sack, a forced fumble and seven tackles.
The second-overall selection in the 2011 NFL Draft, Miller has earned two Pro Bowl nods and was the AP Defensive Rookie of the Year in 2011 after tallying 11.5 sacks. He followed up his year with 18.5 sacks in 2012.
