Jerry Reese: "Obviously 2-6 is not what we expected ... But we're still in it. I still believe we have a chance to right the ship." #NYG

Coughlin and the Giants came under fire after starting the season 0-6. Things have somewhat calmed down thanks to the team winning two games in a row. Manning threw 15 interceptions during their losing streak, but managed to avoid turnovers the past two games. They still sit two games back in the dreadful NFC East and aren't expected to trade Hakeem Nicks, suggesting that the team still believes it can turn the season around.
Reese on Tom Coughlin: "He's a heck of a football coach. He didn't forget how to coach, regardless of what our record is." #NYG

Two big things I took away from the Jerry Reese press conference: 1. Giants think they're in this. 2. Tom Coughlin's job is safe. #NYG
