Lions vs. Packers 2013 odds: Green Bay favored by more than a touchdown at home

The Lions head into Week 5 with a 3-1 record and are looking to at least maintain a tie for the lead in the NFC North with a road win against the Packers in Green Bay. While the Packers are coming off a bye and have a 1-2 record, there is optimism surrounding their matchup at home against their division rivals. In fact, the Packers are 7.5-point favorites, according to Odds Shark.

The Packers have suffered two disheartening losses this season and need to prove they deserve to be talked about among the upper-echelon of the NFL. Although they have had injuries to their offensive and defensive backfields, both of Green Bay's units have the talent to succeed. With the Lions, the game is likely to be a shootout, so Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers will have to spread the ball out to his weapons.
