The Saints will travel to New York to take on the Jets in Week 9. The Saints are riding high at 6-1 following a win over the Bills, while the Jets are looking to rebound after an embarrassing loss to the Bengals in Week 8. The New Orleans defense has vastly improved under Rob Ryan and the offense is still a juggernaut. For the Jets, it has been a matter of Geno Smith playing well that has dictated a win or loss. Smith will have to be on his game on Sunday for the Jets to have a shot at upsetting Drew Brees and Co.
NFL picks and predictions 2013, Week 9: Saints vs. Jets
The NFL experts are picking the winner of the Week 9 matchup between the Saints and Jets.
The Saints are considered 5.5-point favorites on the road against the Jets. The seven of the eight members of the CBS Sports panel picked the Saints with that spread, with only Will Brinson selecting the Jets. However, when the writers picked a straight up matchup, Brinson picked the Saints. The two-man crew at Yahoo! Sports believes the Saints will win on Sunday.
The SB Nation panel of six leaned toward the Saints as well, with a 5-1 vote.
