The Oakland Raiders will have Terrelle Pryor back from concussion when they host the San Diego Chargers on Sunday, but with the way the Philip Rivers is playing it may not matter that the Raiders' offense is at relatively full strength. The Chargers are favorites over the Raiders in Oakland according to Vegas and a cadre of internet NFL experts.

It should come as little surprise that the Chargers are the overwhelming favorites to win among the NFL blog-etariat. They are currently just four-point favorites in Vegas, but only two among 28 compiled expert picks didn’t take the Chargers to win on the road. Among SB Nation’s panel, only fantasy guru David Fucillo had sympathy for the Raiders.
Fooch has a kindred spirit with Keyshawn Johnson, who was the only dissenting vote among ESPN's panel of 11 NFL experts. CBS Sports and Yahoo! Sports stuck with the norm. Among CBS' panel, 6-of-8 even had the Chargers covering a 4.5-point spread.
