This time last season the Kansas City Chiefs and Tennessee Titans were a combined 2-6. This season they are 4-0 and 3-1, respectively, and each sit atop their divisions (the Titans are tied with the Colts in the AFC South). They square off this weekend in the Music City in a surprisingly good matchup between playoff contenders.
How to watch Chiefs vs. Titans 2013 online, TV schedule, radio and more
Kansas City and Tennessee are both off to hot starts this season. We have all the details you need to follow this weekend’s collision between playoff contenders.

Jake Locker was off to a surprisingly solid start as the Titans' signal caller, but a sprained hip suffered during last week's win over the Jets will sideline him for at least the next three games. In his place steps Ryan Fitzpatrick, who will have to contend against a dominant Chiefs pass rush that has piled up a league-best 18 sacks. The front-seven hasn't been as strong against the run, though, which bodes well for Chris Johnson if he hopes to improve on his 3.3 yards per carry average.
The Chiefs are allowing 5.4 yards per carry, but have surrendered only one rushing touchdown through four games. In fact, they're limiting opponents to a league-best 10.3 points per contest. On offense, Alex Smith has seven touchdowns and threw just his first two picks last week against the Giants.
