The Arizona Cardinals got another ugly win, taking advantage of turnovers and red-zone miscues to beat the Carolina Panthers, 22-6
Panthers vs. Cardinals 2013 final score: Arizona wins, 22-6, in turnover fest
It was an ugly game with seven combined turnovers, but the Cardinals came out on top, 22-6, to improve to 3-2 on the season.

Offense was hard to come by for most of the game. The Panthers were unable to cash in on red-zone opportunities, settling for a 22-yard field goal and missing a fourth-down conversion in the first half. Carolina blew another chance to score late in the second quarter when Cam Newton threw an interception to Patrick Peterson at the 1-yard line. Peterson took it back to midfield, giving Arizona a chance to take the lead before halftime, but Palmer threw his second interception of the game in the end zone. The Panthers drove down the field and made a 51-yard field goal as time expired, going into the locker room up, 6-3.
The Cardinals finally found the end zone thanks to solid running efforts from Andre Ellington and Rashard Mendenhall. Mendenhall used a goal-line plunge to give his team the 10-6 lead. Arizona extended that lead when Calais Campbell sacked Newton in the end zone for a safety. The Panthers continued to squander red-zone opportunities as Newton threw another pick to Daryl Washington. Following Newton's third interception, Arizona put the game away for good with a Jim Dray touchdown pass from Palmer.
