He has been replaced by backup Nick Foles.
Vick pulled up holding the back of his leg after a scamper late in the second half, appearing as though he’d tweaked his hamstring. He gave a thumbs up signal to the sideline and finished out the drive, which ended in a field goal.
He returned on the Eagles’ ensuing possession, but left the field after taking a shot.
Foles took over and led the Eagles downfield for a field goal to close out the half with a 19-7 lead.
Vick was 6-of-14 with 105 yards and no scores prior to his exit.
