Peyton Manning has now scored the most touchdowns through five games in NFL history. The Broncos quarterback has already thrown for three touchdowns in Denver's Week 5 matchup against the Cowboys. His total is now at 19 touchdowns, which breaks Daunte Culpepper's 18-score mark set in the first five games of the 2004 season with the Vikings.

Peyton Manning has scored the most touchdowns in a five-game span in NFL history.
Manning's 19 touchdowns have come without an interception and shatter the record for most touchdowns without a pick in NFL history. Manning has thrown two touchdowns to tight end Julius Thomas and one to wide receiver Eric Decker in the game against Dallas, which the Broncos now lead, 21-17.
At the age of 37, Manning has started a season better than any quarterback in NFL history. The Broncos are currently undefeated and have had their way for the most part with the Dallas defense. It would not be a surprise if Manning added several more scores to his total by the end of Week 5’s game.
