The 49ers and Texans released their inactive lists for their Sunday night matchup, and Niners linebacker Patrick Willis is officially out. Willis was listed as probable this week with a groin injury that kept him out of last week's win over the Rams, but he will remain out for at least one more game.

49ers cornerback Nnamdi Asomugha will also miss his second game of the season. The good news is that tight end Vernon Davis is active.
The Texans also got good news and left tackle Duane Brown will return after missing last week's loss to the Seahawks.
