The Broncos are set to open Week 6 as a 28-point favorite against the Jaguars, odds that would amount to the largest spread in NFL history. The previous record-holder was the Steelers in a 1976 home game against the creamsicle-colored Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Broncos open as biggest favorites in NFL history against Jaguars
Las Vegas does not have much faith in the 0-5 Jacksonville Jaguars.

The massive spread seems to be realistic given the Broncos' high-scoring 5-0 start compared to the Jaguars' lowly 0-5 offering thus far this season. The Jaguars have failed to stop anyone on defense and have had an even harder time scoring. Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning is likely to have a field day against the Jaguars secondary in Week 6 and could possibly set a new single-game record for passing touchdowns. He already owns the records for most touchdowns through the first five games (20) and tied the record for most touchdowns in a game in the Broncos' home-opener with seven.
The Jaguars will travel to Denver in Week 6 for a battle at 4:05 p.m. ET on CBS.
