Atlanta lost 30-28 to New York on Monday, and the Falcons may have also lost a pair of important offensive weapons. Roddy White and Jason Snelling suffered injuries during the second half and neither returned to the game.
Jets vs. Falcons 2013 injury report: Roddy White, Jason Snelling injured
Just as he was getting healthy, Roddy White suffered another injury. He left Monday’s game with a hamstring injury.

White has been limited all season by an ankle injury he suffered during the preseason. He appeared to be moving better on Monday, even if he still wasn’t 100 percent. He left the game with a hamstring injury after Atlanta’s first possession of the fourth quarter and did not return. Hamstring injuries can be especially detrimental for wide receivers. It wasn’t obvious when White suffered the injury. He was called for offensive pass interference and the Falcons punted two plays later. White did not come back in the game on Atlanta’s next possession.
Snelling suffered a concussion during the second half and was ruled out. He will now go through the NFL's concussion protocol and pass the tests required to be cleared to return. The Falcons were already banged up at running back, playing without starter Steven Jackson. If Snelling does miss time, Atlanta will have to rely on Jacquizz Rodgers.
Julio Jones briefly left the game for Atlanta after diving for a pass. He stat out a few plays and returned on the Falcons' final drive of the game.
New York linebacker Antwan Barnes left the game late in the fourth quarter due to a leg injury. Barnes serves as a situational pass rusher for the Jets. He has two sacks this season.
