NFL picks and predictions 2013, Week 6: Giants vs. Bears
The 0-5 Giants are traveling to Chicago to take on the Bears.

Going into the season, a Week 6 matchup between the Giants and Bears looked like it might have some playoff implications for both teams, but instead, a complete collapse has New York already looking ahead to the 2014 NFL Draft. Traveling to Chicago to face a Bears team trying to rebound from a pair of losses probably won't make it any easier.
First-year head coach Marc Trestman had the Bears out to a 3-0 start, but back-to-back losses to the Lions and Saints have them right back in the middle of the division race, though they are still technically tied with Detroit for the NFC North lead. A win over the Giants on Sunday will keep them atop the division and on the right side of .500. That's not something that looks to be in New York's future.
The Giants were considered by most to be at least a serious division contender, but instead Tom Coughlin and his team have fallen on hard times. New York has turned it over 20 times through five games, the most by any team over the first five games of a season in the last 17 years. That’s helped lead to the most points allowed in the NFL. Do the Giants stand any chance in Chicago? Not according to the experts.
SB Nation’s own panel of five NFL writers has picked the Bears across the board. Over at CBSSports, the predictions are nearly the same, with seven of eight experts going with Chicago. But, Jason LaCanfora opted to be the odd man out and pick the G-men in an upset. Against the spread, four of eight have picked the Bears to cover the 8.5 points that Vegas has given them.
At Yahoo! Sports, all three experts are going with the Bears.
