It will be a battle of NFC division leaders on Sunday with the 6-2 Saints hosting the 5-4 Cowboys. Not only are the teams attempting to maintain their division leads, but the matchup could have an impact on the final playoff seeding.

More on the matchup: Although there have been ups and downs for both teams this season, the Saints and Cowboys have positioned themselves well for a strong second-half run and a return to the playoffs. Both teams sit atop their divisions, with the Saints also in contention for the No. 1 seed in the NFC.
Dallas and New Orleans are improved defensively from last season, but the offense is the headline act for both teams. Dallas will enter the game fourth in the NFL in scoring, while New Orleans isn't far behind at No. 7. Drew Brees and Tony Romo will get a lot of the attention on Sunday night, with a good chance of a shootout if the defenses can't keep up. Either way, the game won't lack star power, and the winner could have a leg up on potential playoff seeding with head-to-head results being one of the top tiebreakers.
