The New Orleans Saints improved to 7-2 with a Sunday Night Football victory over the Dallas Cowboys, but suffered a loss as well, as rookie safety Kenny Vaccaro will be out for Week 11 after suffering a concussion, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL.com.
Kenny Vaccaro injury: Saints rookie has concussion, out for Week 11
Safety Kenny Vaccaro took a knee to the helmet in a Sunday night win over the Cowboys and will be unavailable in Week 11.

Vaccaro, 22, has started all nine games for the Saints as a rookie after he was selected in the first round of the 2013 NFL Draft. He has managed one sack and one interception for the team, while racking up 45 tackles and five passes defended. Vacarro left Sunday's game after taking a knee to the helmet.
After finishing the 2012 season with one of the worst defenses in NFL history, the Saints have made tremendous strides and have allowed the fifth-fewest points per game in 2013. The Saints are also one of only three defenses that have allowed fewer than 200 passing yards per game since the addition of Vaccaro.
In Vaccaro's absence, the Saints will likely start Rafael Bush, who played in relief of the injured rookie on Sunday night. An undrafted free agent in 2010, Bush has appeared in 31 career games and has started five times for the Saints in 2013.
The Saints are set to host the visiting San Francisco 49ers on Sunday.
