NFL picks, Week 11: Experts’ picks for all 15 games

It’s a busy week in the NFL and SB Nation’s experts made their picks for the entire slate of games.

Christopher Hanewinckel-USA TODA

Week 10 was full of upsets, making it an unkind week for NFL experts picking games. Few, if any, predicted Tennessee to lose to Jacksonville, Indianapolis to lose to St. Louis or even Miami to lose to Tampa Bay. With a full slate of games on the schedule this week, we’ll have to wait and see if the experts fare any better.

The week gets off to a quick start with Indianapolis and Tennessee battling for the AFC South on Thursday night. If the Titans win, they will trail the Colts by just one game in the division race. A Colts win would give them a three-game cushion and could go a long way toward securing the division title. Five of SB Nation's six experts expect just that, picking the Colts.

The game between the Colts and Titans isn't the only contest with playoff implications. Kansas City will travel to Denver with the winner walking away with the lead in the AFC West and the No. 1 seed in the AFC. SB Nation's six experts were divided, with four picking Denver and two picking the Chiefs.

The game between San Francisco and New Orleans drew similar results. The Saints are currently the No. 2 seed in the NFC, while the 49ers are coming off a loss and are currently the No. 6 seed. Both teams are chasing the Seahawks in the NFC. If New Orleans loses, the Seahawks would have at least a 1.5-game lead for the No. 1 seed that they could extend to 2.5 with a win over Minnesota. A 49ers loss could result in as big as a 3.5-game lead for Seattle in the NFC West with five to play. Four of SB Nation's experts picked New Orleans with two picking the 49ers.

New England is 7-2, but only one expert is picking the Patriots on the road against Carolina. The Panthers may have the best defense in the NFL. They have also won five straight games, including a 10-9 road win at San Francisco last week.
