Cutler suffered a high ankle sprain against the Detroit Lions and has been ruled out of Sunday's game. Josh McCown will make his second start after successfully leading the Bears to a 27-20 victory over the Green Bay Packers in Week 9.

Initially it might seem generous to give Baltimore points as they come off an overtime victory over the Cincinnati Bengals, but the Ravens have been poor when playing away from home this season. The have a 1-3 record when playing away from M&T Bank Stadium.
The over/under is set at 46.5, and it could be difficult for either team to reach this mark. Chicago and Baltimore combine for an average of 49.7 points per game, but the Bears are below their season average when McCown takes snaps and the Ravens have averaged 18 points in their last three games.
Sunday’s game is one of the week’s closest and the largest line being offered is Chicago minus-3.
