The Buccaneers have now won two-straight games after a 41-28 win over the lowly Atlanta Falcons. Two weeks after looking like the worst team in football, the Buccaneers ran newly-acquired Bobby Rainey all over the Falcons. Atlanta has been tortured by injuries this season and this is just the latest in a line of hard losses for for the Falcons.
Falcons vs. Buccaneers 2013: Tampa Bay owns Atlanta for second win of the season
Our SB Nation writers are sounding off about the Buccaneers’ Week 11 win over the Falcons.
Sander Philipse of Bucs Nation is thrilled to see a comfortable win over a divisional opponent:
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have their second win of the season, and this time we can call it "dominant." This game had everything for the Bucs: a running back with three touchdowns and well over 150 yards on the ground. A wide receiver with over 150 yards receiving. A quarterback completing over 80 percent of his passes. Blocked punts, successful onside kicks, trick plays, sacks, fumbles and interceptions: the Bucs had it all on Sunday for the first time this year.
Caleb Rutherford of the Falcoholic is protesting Falcons games due their awful play this season:
I’m done, folks. I can’t do this anymore. I want to, but I can’t. I never imagined in my wildest dreams that the Falcons would be this terrible. Like I said before, the only way to make this stop is to stop watching. And right now, that’s what I have to do. Feel free to discuss it in the comments. I’ll be around.
