Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders left with a foot injury on Sunday, but the injury isn't considered to be serious and the fourth-year player is expected to be OK, according to a report from Ian Rapoport of NFL.com.

The Steelers won’t be without wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders, as the foot injury he suffered on Sunday isn’t considered to be serious.

Sanders, 26, was a third-round selection in the 2010 NFL Draft, but had a slow start to his career with the Steelers. However, he has seen an increased role with the team in 2013 and has accumulated 42 receptions for 509 yards and two touchdowns with seven starts.
The Steelers improved to 4-6 with a win over the Detroit Lions on Sunday thanks to 367 yards passing and four touchdowns from quarterback Ben Roethlisberger. Neal Coolong of SB Nation's Steelers blog, Behind The Steel Curtain, praised the depth of the receiving corps that filled in for Sanders after he left early in the game:
While Roethlisberger had an outstanding game, the depth of the Steelers receiving corps helped the Steelers put up 17 fourth quarter points by filling in for one teammate who drew all coverage and another who couldn’t play. And in the end, the Steelers showed progress from a position group that had been maligned for its lack of plays made.
Sanders received an offer sheet in restricted free agency from the New England Patriots during the 2013 offseason, but the Steelers elected to match the offer and give the receiver a one-year, $2.5 million contract to stay in Pittsburgh.
