NFL injury report, Week 11: Giovani Bernard re-injures ribs but returns

The Bengals and Steelers both picked up wins in Week 11 and no team from the AFC North suffered any major injuries.

It was an up-and-down week for the AFC North in Week 11 with Cincinnati and Pittsburgh notching big wins while Baltimore and Cleveland suffered disappointing losses. The good news is all four teams managed to make it through the week without suffering any major injuries.

Here’s the latest injury news from around the division.

Browns:

Cleveland's playoff chances took a big hit with its 41-20 loss to the Bengals on Sunday. The Browns will now attempt to move forward and will do so with Jason Campbell at quarterback. Campbell was bothered by a rib injury, but head coach Rob Chudzinski said Campbell would remain the starting quarterback, according to Mary Kay Cabot. Cabot reported Craig Robertson and Armanti Edwards would undergo MRIs for injuries suffered on Sunday.

Ravens:

Marlon Brown missed the game on Sunday due to a knee injury, but said he will return to the field this week against the Jets, according to Aaron Wilson. Brown said his knee injury was just a bruise and he'll "be good" to play. Haloti Ngata also missed the game due to a knee injury, but his status going forward remains unknown. John Harbaugh said he wasn't sure how close Ngata was to playing against Chicago.

Bengals:

The Bengals snapped a two-game losing streak with a win against Cleveland on Sunday and managed to stay relatively healthy in the process. Running back Giovani Bernard re-injured his ribs and left the game temporarily. Jermaine Gresham returned after missing a game due to a groin injury and was able to play the entire game without re-aggravating the injury.

Steelers:

Already dealing with a host of key injuries, the Steelers managed to make it through the game against Detroit without losing any more players. Wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders left the game with a foot injury but the injury isn't serious, according to NFL.com. LaMarr Woodley, Brett Keisel and others missed the game. Their status going forward will be a key factor in whether the Steelers can make a late playoff run.
