Blackmon has had a rocky start to his NFL career and has now been suspended twice by the NFL for violating the substance abuse policy. He missed the first four games of the 2013 season. The second-year receiver also has had several DUI arrests, including one just two months before signing a four-year, $18.5 million contract with the Jaguars last season.

Chris Humphreys-USA TODAY SportsBlackmon, 23, sat out the first four games of the 2013 season with a suspension after an April substance abuse violation and has two previous arrests for driving under the influence, one in 2012 and one when he was at Oklahoma State in 2010. The second violation means Blackmon will miss the remainder of the season, according to ESPN’s Chris Mortensen.
