Steelers vs. Browns 2013 final score: Cleveland loses another QB as Pittsburgh romps, 27-11

The Steelers improved to 5-6 with a dominant 27-11 win over the Browns. Jason Campbell left in the second half with a head injury, adding to Cleveland’s quarterback woes.

The Pittsburgh Steelers dominated the Cleveland Browns on Sunday afternoon, 27-11, and move to 5-6 on the season. The Browns fall to 4-7 and their playoff hopes are almost over.

It was a quiet game for most of the first half, with neither team moving the ball well in sub-freezing temperatures. After trading field goals with the Browns, the Steelers finally found the end zone late in the second quarter with a 41-yard touchdown by Antonio Brown. Pittsburgh made another drive down to the red zone before the half, but the Browns forced them to settle for a field goal. The Steelers went into the locker room leading, 13-3.

Things went from bad to worse for the Browns when Jason Campbell took a brutal shot in the third quarter. He left the game on a cart, making way for Brandon Weeden. The Steelers extended their lead with a touchdown to Emmanuel Sanders and that all but put the game away with Weeden unable to do anything on offense. William Gay sealed the deal with a 21-yard pick-six, the Steelers' first defensive touchdown of the season.

Fantasy studs and duds

Josh Gordon had one of the biggest fantasy games of the season. He racked up 14 catches, tying Ozzie Newsome's franchise record for most receptions in a game, en route to a franchise-record 237 yards and a touchdown.

Injury report

Jason Campbell took a shot and appeared to aggravate his bruised ribs, but he came back into the game. He left for good in the third quarter after another big hit. The team is calling it a head injury for now.

Did they cover?

The Browns entered the game as 2.5-point favorites, according to Oddsshark. They failed to cover in the loss.
