After several weeks behind the two AFC West powers, the Seattle Seahawks are the unanimous top team in the NFL power rankings, despite sitting out in Week 12. Both the Chiefs and Broncos lost, leaving Seattle as the only remaining one-win team in the league.
NFL power rankings 2013, Week 13: Seahawks claim top spot unanimously
The Seahawks are now considered the best team in the NFL by all the major sports media outlets, despite sitting out Week 12 with a bye.

With just five weeks remaining in the 2013 regular season, a consensus of the top nine teams in the NFL has emerged, along with a consensus of the bottom teams, but the middle is up for debate. One such debatable team is the Packers, who sit as high as 12 in one ranking, but as low as 23 in another.
At the bottom of the rankings sit the Jaguars no more. After earning the No. 32 spot in every week of the season, a victory over the Texans meant a reprieve from the cellar for the Jaguars for now, although a Thursday night Week 14 rematch against Houston could reverse that once again.
