NFL picks and predictions, Week 13: Cardinals vs. Eagles 2013
Experts are relatively divided on the Week 13 matchup between the Arizona Cardinals and Philadelphia Eagles.
The Arizona Cardinals are set to take on the Philadelphia Eagles in a Week 13 matchup on Sunday. Arizona is 7-4, which is a shock given how much of a mess they looked this offseason and early in the season. They're tied for second place in the NFC West with the San Francisco 49ers (trailing the 10-1 Seattle Seahawks).
Philadelphia is 6-5 and tied for first place with the NFC East. That division has been very disappointing this season, but the Eagles have a shot to win it, and that's all that matters. They're tied with the Dallas Cowboys, a team they've lost to once this season. Philadelphia will take on Dallas again in Week 17, so if they can keep pace (beating the Cardinals would be a great start), they stand to fight for the division in the final week.
SB Nation’s six experts were divided when it came to this game. Ryan Van Bibber, David Fucillo and Matt Ufford all picked the Eagles to win this one at home, while Joel Thorman, Jason Chilton and Stephen White think the Cardinals will win it on the road.
Over at CBS Sports, they’re divided as well. Five of the eight experts believe the Cardinals will win, while three are picking Philadelphia. Will Brinson and Pete Prisco were among those who picked the Cardinals, with Jason La Canfora being one notable who picked Philadelphia.
