The health of John Fox is likely to lead to a shuffle among the Broncos coaching staff. The Broncos are expected to name Fox's interim replacement on Sunday, according to NFL Media's Ian Rapoport. Fox will undergo an aortic valve procedure on Tuesday and rumors have swirled as to who will serve as Denver's interim play-caller.
Broncos expected to choose interim head coach on Sunday
An interim play-caller for the Broncos is expected to be announced before the conclusion of Week 9.

Defensive coordinator Jack Del Rio is expected to be named interim head coach in Fox's absence, according to CBS Sports' Jason La Canfora. Del Rio is a former head coach and led the Jaguars to 68-71 record over a nine-year tenure in Jacksonville.
While Del Rio may be the most likely replacement, he is not the only one who could receive consideration. Running back Eric Studesville could also be a candidate for interim head coach, according to Pro Football Talk. Studesville filled the same role in 2010 when Josh McDaniels was fired midseason.
