Ravens vs. Browns 2013 results: Cleveland beats Baltimore, 24-18

For the first time since 2007, the Browns beat the Ravens.

Coming out of a bye week, the Baltimore Ravens were expected to be ready to turn their season around after a 3-4 start. Instead, the Cleveland Browns controlled the game from start to finish, holding off the Ravens for a 24-18 victory.

Joe Flacco struggled early, getting sacked three times and throwing an interception in the first half. Meanwhile, Jason Campbell was shredding the Ravens defense to the tune of 142 yards and two touchdowns.

Campbell came out firing in the second half, too, throwing a third touchdown to open the scoring in the third quarter. Flacco answered, leading the Ravens back to within three points in the fourth quarter, but a late field goal gave the Browns the six-point cushion they finished the game with.

With the win, the Browns improved to 4-5 and jumped the Ravens in the standings. It was also the first time the Browns had beaten the Ravens since 2007.

Injury report

Jason Campbell suffered a rib injury but he managed to return to the game and lead Cleveland to a win.

Fantasy studs and duds

Surprisingly, Jason Campbell and Davone Bess were the two biggest fantasy studs of the day. Campbell threw three touchdowns, and Bess caught two of them.

Ray Rice was a fantasy dud, with only 17 yards on 11 carries.

Did they cover?

The Ravens entered the day as 1.5-point favorites, according to OddsShark, and did not cover in defeat.
