The Lions may need some reinforcements on the defensive line. Rookie defensive end Ziggy Ansah left the Detroit locker room in a walking boot on Tuesday, according to Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press. The Lions were on bye in Week 9.
Ziggy Ansah injury: Lions DE in walking boot
The Lions may be without their top pass rusher on Sunday.

The rookie suffered the leg injury during the Lions' Week 8 win over the Cowboys. Ansah has started six of the Lions eight games this season. In those contests, he has recorded 19 tackles, 3.5 sacks and two force fumbles. Detroit took Ansah with the fifth overall pick in this year's draft.
If Ansah is unable to play, his backup is veteran Israel Idonije. The 10-year player has appeared in all eight games this season, but has only played sparingly. As insurance, the Lions have signed former Jaguars defensive end Austen Lane to the roster.
The Lions face the Bears in Chicago in Week 10.
