Rain showers up and down the east coast will cause wet and windy conditions for several games this afternoon. From Buffalo, through Washington D.C., Baltimore and Philadelphia, down into Charleston, North Caronlina. Some of these games could also be dealing with the the threat of lightning from thunderstorms. Some games like the Ravens, Redskins and Carolina Panthers games are at risk for a delay or stoppage due to a passing thunderstorm close to the stadium.
NFL weather forecast, Week 16: Storms and strong winds a threat for some games.
Up and down the east coast some games will be impacted by Mother Nature. There is even the threat of lightning from thunderstorms on this first full day of Winter in Week 16 of the NFL

Another messy game will be in Green Bay where snow showers and strong winds are possible. I don’t think this will be like the Eagles game from earlier this year but still could have blowing snow, strong winds that could cause problems for players and fans.
