Facing a fourth-and-eight with less than a minute remaining, Aaron Rodgers hit Randall Cobb for a 48-yard touchdown to take a 33-28 lead over the Chicago Bears in a critical win-or-go-home battle for the NFC North. It proved to be the final score of the game.
It is the second time Rodgers has connected with Cobb for a touchdown today.
