Titans vs. Broncos 2013 picks and predictions: Denver expected to roll
League experts aren’t giving the Titans much of a chance against Peyton Manning and his high-powered offense.

There was a time in which the Tennessee Titans were sitting pretty in the AFC playoff race. Three losses in their last four games suddenly have them fighting for their postseason lives, and a matchup against the powerful Denver Broncos this Sunday at Mile High isn't expected to help their standing.
The Colts beat the Titans for the second time in three weeks last Sunday, knocking them down to 5-7. Tennessee is still just one game behind the 6-6 Ravens for the final wild card slot, but will need to get past the 10-2 Broncos to stay in the hunt. Peyton Manning gave his team firm control of the AFC by sweeping the Chiefs with a 35-28 win last week.
League experts aren’t giving the Titans much of a chance to pull off the upset. Of the 23 panelists between CBS Sports, ESPN and FOX Sports, not a single one is picking Tennessee to win. Pete Prisco of CBS is predicting a 35-13 Denver win and doesn’t think the Titans have enough offense to keep pace.
“The Titans are playing consecutive road games, and this one is outside the division,” Prisco writes. “That will be tough. The Titans are too limited on offense and it’s tough to stop Peyton Manning, especially at home. This is a blowout.”
Not everybody at CBS thinks the game will be that lopsided, however. Three of the eight experts think the Titans will cover the 12½-point spread.
