According to the website raidernationtimes.com, the Oakland Raiders' coaching staff will be administering the drills at the 2013 NFL Scouting Combine later this month in Indianapolis.
NFL Combine 2013: Raiders coaches run drills
The Raiders will have their coaches on the field during the combine in Indianapolis.

While this isn’t a huge deal considering all the teams have coaches, general managers and scouts close to the field, it’s still an advantage for the Raiders to actually be on the field to assess the little things like player interaction and body language.
At the Senior Bowl this year, Oakland also had its coaching staff on the field along with the Detroit Lions' people, so no team should be more prepared come draft time in April.
The Raiders haven't made the playoffs since they went to the Super Bowl in 2002 and lost to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, so any advantage has to be taken at this point.
Oakland is trying to build a program under second-year head coach Dennis Allen and has the third-overall pick in the draft, the highest selection for them since the pick of JaMarcus Russell.
